The main home boast 4 good sized bedrooms, the main on a separate wing with balcony access, it's own office and a 3 way bathroom. Effluence is managed through an Aqua Clarus treatment system which requires very little maintenance.

Also located on the property is a 1 bedroom self contained studio with it's own driveway access and water supply. Perfect for anyone looking for an additional income source or to accommodate an in-law.

For the animal lovers, there is a small feed and stock shed with yards and water which currently houses an Alpaca.
