First Time Home buyers are on the move

With the first time home buyers grant coming to an end in the next few weeks, there has been a noticeable increase in first time home buyers entering the market sooner than they had expected as a result of the news.
Agents have noted that a number of first time buyers would prefer to buy before the grant ends, but it will not prevent them from purchasing before the end of the year.
Tegan DeClark from Ray White Toowoomba said recent open homes have been a great examples of the substantial activity around properties in the high $200K's and low $300K's.  "We recently had an exceptional result for one of our vendors in the Harristown area with multiple offers and high demand from first time home owners in this price range"
People considering putting their property on the market are encoraged to get an indication of price with comparative market analysis from an agent with recent sucesses in the current market place.
